Loceryl is clinically proven to penetrate the nail and kill the fungus, so you have nothing to hide. Loceryl is a lacquer that releases an active ingredient which penetrates the nail to get to the site of infection and kills the fungus. Loceryl contains all you need to treat 1-2 nails for up to 12 months (individual results may vary).

Contents:
Each 5ml bottle of Nail Lacquer contains 50mg Amorolfine per ml, methacrylic acid copolymer, glycerol triacetate, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate and absolute ethanol.

Each kit contains:

  • 1 Bottle (5ml) of nail lacquer
  • 10 spatulas
  • 30 cleaning pads
  • 30 nail files
  • Package insert (Consumer Medicine Information)

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

Precautions (check with pharmacist before use if any of the following apply):
If you are allergic to any other medicines, foods, dyes or preservatives. If you have any other health problems. If you are taking any other medicines.

Dosage:
For Adults only. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.

  1. File the infected areas of the nail
  2. Clean the surface with a cleaning pad
  3. Apply lacquer over the entire surface of the infected nail. 

Apply once or twice weekly as directed by your health care professional.

Usually treatment takes around six months for the fingernails and nine to twelve months for the toenails. Make sure you continue treatment until the infected nails have completely re-grown.

If there is no improvement, or only small improvement after 6-12 months of treatment, see your doctor, pharmacist or podiatrist.

Warnings:
LOCERYL treatment alone is not suitable for use in severe infections, so if the lunula (the crescent-shaped whitish area at the base of the nail) is affected seek advice from your doctor, pharmacist or podiatrist.

For external use only. Avoid applying to skin.
